What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, managing and developing a passionate and dedicated pharmacy team
n
Creating a positive workplace culture where people can thrive
n
Delivering outstanding clinical and professional pharmacy services
n
Building strong relationships with customers and patients
n
Managing pharmacy performance, budgets, and business outcomes
n
Driving innovation, service growth, and customer engagement
n
Ensuring the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and professional practice
n
Supporting UFS Healthcare's vision of becoming a leader in integrated community healthcare
n
n
About You
n
You're an experienced pharmacist who combines strong commercial acumen with genuine care for people.
n
You enjoy leading teams, mentoring others, and creating environments where both customers and employees feel valued.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification
n
At least 3 years' pharmacy experience in Australia
n
Proven leadership and people management experience
n
Strong business and financial management skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
QCPP experience
n
Additional clinical or professional service qualifications
n
n
