About the Role
As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in connecting quality tenants with our landlords' investment properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the leasing process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting open for inspections and private viewings
Responding to tenant enquiries via phone, email, and online portals
Processing rental applications and conducting reference checks
Preparing lease documentation and tenancy agreements
Coordinating new tenancy sign-ups and key handovers
Following up prospective tenants and maintaining leasing targets
Assisting Property Managers with vacancy management
Ensuring accurate record keeping and database management
Providing outstanding customer service to rental providers and renters
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience in real estate leasing preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
Essential Requirements
Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle
