About the Opportunity
Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic prospect for CASUAL Monitoring Operators to join our monitoring centre team here at Securecorp head office – Mulgrave
Our Monitoring Centre provides 24/7 security surveillance completing alarm and emergency service response to our clients.
The successful Candidate to join our Monitoring team will have at least 1 years' experience in the monitoring space.
Patriot experience is an advantage but not a necessity
Roster:
Casual Varying Hours - Successful candidates must be available for training Monday - Friday business hours for the first 3 weeks of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will have the chance to:
Monitoring of Alarms and CCTV
Identification of potential incidents
Attending to high volume of outbound / inbound call
Liaison with police & our internal stakeholders and clients
Occasional Data Entry
Able to work in a Team Environment
Key Selection Criteria
We're looking for candidates who:
MUST hold a current Monitoring Licence
Experience in Monitoring minimum of 1 years' experience
Experience in customer service and/or security/monitoring
Ability to assess potential for incidents and risk mitigation




Compiling and completing reports in a timely manner
Mature outlook to your work
Proficient in PC skills for report writing
Australian Drivers Licence
Candidates with proven experience in Patriot alarm monitoring software will be highly regarded, however this is NOT essential.
