DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced
Senior Contracts Administrator
to join our Commercial team on the
Smoky Creek Solar Power Station Project
in Central Queensland.
This is a
site-based role
, available to candidates who are
local to Central Queensland
or on a
FIFO roster from Brisbane (14 days on, 7 days off)
.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Leadership team and construction teams, you will play a hands‐on role in the commercial delivery of the project. You will administer subcontract packages throughout construction, supporting cost control, contractual compliance and commercial outcomes while working closely with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator who enjoys working in a fast‐paced construction workplace and being actively involved in the successful delivery of a major renewable energy project.
Key Responsibilities
Administer subcontract packages from award through to final account.
Assess subcontractor progress claims, variations and payment recommendations.
Manage subcontractor correspondence and contractual compliance.
Support project cost forecasting, reporting and commercial performance.
Build strong working relationships with site teams and subcontractors.
Profile description
Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
5+ years' experience in contracts administration on major construction, civil, mining, energy or renewable projects.
Demonstrated experience administering subcontract packages during project delivery.
Strong knowledge of subcontract management, progress claims, variations and commercial administration.




Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams and subcontractors.
