This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working closely with operational teams and ensuring the financial side of a busy service-based business runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing supplier invoices and customer payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Payroll processing and associated payroll administration
Superannuation and payroll-related reconciliations
Preparing information for BAS and assisting with statutory reporting requirements
Maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB
Following up outstanding customer accounts
Supplier account reconciliations and payment processing
Assisting with month-end reconciliations and reporting
About you
Previous bookkeeping or accounts experience
Solid experience with MYOB
Experience processing payroll
A good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy




The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Bookkeeping qualifications or experience would be advantageous
