More Air Group are seeking a Junior Administration to join our team.

The successful applicant will be reliable, organised, willing to learn and comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers and our workshop team. Training will be provided to the right person.

Key Responsibilities
n

Counter sales and assisting customers
n
Processing invoices and general job administration
n
Answering telephone enquiries
n
General administration and office support
n
Assisting with scheduling and quoting of equipment maintenance and project work
n
Raising and arranging purchase orders
n
Packing and dispatching parts
n
Collecting parts and supplies as required
n
General housekeeping and keeping the office, workshop and work areas tidy
n
Providing general support to the service and workshop team
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:

Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn

Is reliable, organised and punctual

Has good communication and customer service skills
n
Is confident speaking with customers and suppliers
n
Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
n
Can prioritise tasks and follow instructions
n
Is comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
n
Has a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
n
Can work both independently and as part of a team
n
Is well presented and professional
n
Holds a current C Class driver's licence
n

Experience
n
Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential.
n
This position would suit someone who has recently completed school, has some previous customer service or office experience, or is looking for an opportunity to develop their administration skills in a practical workplace environment.
n
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
n
