Job Description
MACA are seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join our maintenance team at our brand-new McPhee Creek project on a 8/6 FIFO roster.

The McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project is located 30km north of Nullagine in the north-east Pilbara region of WA.

Key result areas include:
n
n
Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster and leave management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of correspondence.
n
Deliver onboarding support and responsive day-to-day administrative assistance.
n
Raise purchase requisitions, perform accurate data entry, and prepare weekly and daily reports.
n
Assist with timesheet queries and ensure accurate allocation of cost codes within relevant systems.
n
Coordinate flights, accommodation, and roster logistics.
n
Manage site supply coordination, including deliveries to and from site locations.
n
Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate offices,
managing inquiries and ensuring timely communication of key information.
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in a site-based administrative role within the resources sector.
n
Exposure to maintenance and/or production environments (preferred but not essential).
n
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
n
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
n
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
n
Experience with JDE preferred.
n
A National Police Clearance within 12 months of currency.
n
