Job Description
In this role, you'll help shape workforce practice across government by providing expert advice and contributing to initiatives that support a capable and effective public sector workforce.
Key responsibilities
You will undertake research, analyse workforce information, contribute to policy and guidance development, and deliver projects that support effective workforce management across the public sector.
You will be part of a small, cooperative team that serves as the first point of contact for agency workforce practice enquiries, providing high-quality advice and support on workforce policies and legislation.
You'll be comfortable building relationships, analysing information, and turning complex issues into practical advice and solutions.
