A well-established engineering and manufacturing company in Melbourne's western suburbs is seeking an experienced
Boilermaker
to join its workshop team on a permanent full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble structural steel components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and work instructions.
Carry out measuring, marking, cutting, fitting, and welding activities to a high standard.
Ensure all work meets quality and production requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Assist with inspections and quality checks as required.
Maintain a secure, clean, and organised work environment.
Follow QA/QC procedures and complete required production documentation.
Operate workshop equipment and tools safely and efficiently.




Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements.
About You
Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator.
Demonstrated experience in structural steel fabrication.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valuable time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of work outcomes.
