Sphere Wellness Studio - North Melbourne VIC
You will primarily coach semi-private personal training sessions (small groups, capped numbers), delivering high-quality, structured training in a supportive and professional environment. Hours include early mornings, afternoons/evenings, and Saturday mornings. Session times are structured, consistent, and designed to support trainer longevity and client results. We'll help you build a consistent roster and reach full-time hours!
Key responsibilities
Coach semi-private training sessions with clarity, energy, and purpose
Deliver safe, effective, and progressive programs
Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive studio culture
Support client consistency, confidence, and long-term adherence
Uphold Sphere's standards around professionalism, punctuality, and care
About you
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the health and fitness industry
Holds Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
Confident in coaching a wide range of abilities,



particularly adults aged *****
Values coaching, communication, and relationships, not just programming
Reliable, professional, and leads by example
Wants to learn, grow, and develop within a premium training environment
Cares deeply about helping people build sustainable habits and long-term results
Experience with semi-private training (preferred)
Interest in recovery, wellness, or holistic health approaches (preferred)
Robust people skills and emotional intelligence (preferred)
