Chandler Macleod is seeking a motivated and people-focused Onsite Workforce Coordinator to support a large workforce in a fast‐paced operational environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience leading teams, managing performance, coordinating rosters, and driving employee engagement. You don't need recruitment experience, just strong leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for working with people.

About the Role
As the Onsite Workforce Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting a large workforce and ensuring employees are set up for success every day.
You will be the first point of contact for employees on site, helping manage attendance, performance, employee engagement and workforce planning while building strong relationships with operational leaders.
This is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor attendance and roster adherence
Conduct employee welfare and engagement checks
Support employee onboarding and inductions
Manage workforce queries and escalate issues where required
Assist with performance management and coaching conversations




Build strong relationships with employees and operational stakeholders
Coordinate workforce requirements to meet operational demands
Maintain accurate records and reporting
Ensure compliance with workplace policies and safety procedures
Participate in daily operational meetings
About You
To be successful, you will have experience in a people leadership role and enjoy working in a fast‐paced workplace.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience managing or leading a team
Experience with performance management and employee coaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce
Excellent organisational and problem‐solving skills
A proactive and hands‐on approach
Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace systems
Ability to work independently and make decisions
