What you'll learn
As part of our front office team, you'll learn how to manage the day to day running of a busy dental reception, including:
Answering and managing calls
Booking and managing appointments
Welcoming patients and managing check-in and check-out
Recalls, confirmations and cancellations
Patient communication and follow-up
Working closely with our clinical team
Processing payments
Managing daily front office tasks
There is a lot to learn.
That's okay.




You won't be expected to know it all on day one. You'll receive training and support as you learn.
The Hours
This is a
casual position offering approximately 8.5 days per fortnight
, with the opportunity to pick up additional days.
The following availability is essential:
Every Friday – approximately 8:15am-5:15pm
Every Monday – approximately 10:00am-6:30pm
Every second Saturday – approximately 8:15am-1:15pm
Other days of the week are negotiable. Hours are approximately 8:15am-5:15pm
