Peak Group is seeking an experienced
Foreman Plumber
to join our team in Maroochydore, QLD on a
full-time basis
. This is a leadership position within our plumbing operations, where you will oversee job sites, manage teams, and ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety. A vehicle will be supplied for this role to support your daily operations and site visits. As Foreman Plumber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining Peak Group's reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction across the Sunshine Coast region.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and supervise plumbing teams on assigned job sites, ensuring work is completed to specification and on schedule
Conduct pre-site inspections and develop work plans to optimise efficiency and resource allocation
Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and company standards
Manage health and safety protocols on site, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring team compliance with safety procedures
Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concerns
Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering career development within the team
Monitor inventory and order materials as required to maintain workflow efficiency
Complete accurate documentation, timesheets, and site reports for quality assurance and administrative purposes
Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance to team members
Maintain the supplied vehicle in good working condition and manage fuel and maintenance requirements
What we're looking for
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified plumber, with demonstrated supervisory or foreman experience
Current plumbing licence or equivalent qualification recognised in Queensland
Strong leadership and communication skills,



with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Comprehensive knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems and installations
Proficiency in reading and interpreting plumbing drawings and specifications
Sound understanding of Australian plumbing standards, codes, and regulations
Excellent health and safety awareness with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Valid driver's licence and ability to manage a supplied vehicle responsibly
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Experience with job costing, scheduling, and site management is highly desirable
