Are you a
seasoned Business Analyst
who thrives in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and proposal development rather than traditional Agile delivery?
We're looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to support a major public sector initiative, working closely with senior business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to shape and define strategic business solutions.
About the Role
This is not a typical Agile delivery BA role focused on sprint management or backlog administration.
Instead, you'll be responsible for driving solutioning activities, supporting proposal development, and helping define fit-for-purpose business solutions for a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions
Partner closely with solution architects and technical specialists
Support business cases, proposal development, and solution design activities




Analyse and document business requirements, current and future state processes
Provide strategic recommendations and expert business analysis advice
Contribute to solution narratives, proposal artefacts, and supporting documentation
What We're Looking For
10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise or government environments
Robust experience in
solutioning, proposals, business cases, and pre-delivery initiatives
Proven ability to work effectively alongside architects and technical teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
Ability to communicate with authority, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business environments
Highly Desirable
Experience working in government or large enterprise environments
Exposure to bids, proposals, procurement responses, or solution development initiatives
Understanding of enterprise architecture and business transformation frameworks
