Your next opportunity
Based in Milton, you will provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general enquiries. Working within our busy Customer Service Centre, you'll play a key role in ensuring orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity working on a monthly rotating roster, with shift start and finish times between 5:30am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday.Rotating Saturday roster between 530am to 12pm.
Your day will involve:
Receiving customer orders and entering them into our systems accurately and efficiently (with training provided)
Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Working collaboratively with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
What are we looking for?
A reliable, professional team player who enjoys working alongside colleagues in the office
Experience in a customer service environment
Contact centre or call centre experience will be highly regarded
Exposure to the construction, building materials, logistics, or a related industry is advantageous
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
High attention to detail and confidence using computer systems
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
