About The Role - CHPP Supervisor

Reporting to the CHPP Superintendent, the CHPP Supervisor is accountable for the safe coordination of all coal-processing activities within the CHPP for their shift in accordance with safety and compliance targets, budget tonnes and quality objectives.

What You'll Do
n

Provide day-to-day operational direction to achieve required targets.
n
Ensure that operators receive proper instruction and training in safe processing practices.
n
Lead a team environment and coordinate coal preparation activities in a cost-effective and efficient manner
n
Cost reduction activities / initiatives.
n
n




What You'll Bring
n
n
Solid commitment to safety and a continuous improvement culture.
n
Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate (desirable)
n
Minimum of five (5) years in the mining or heavy industry or processing plant with strong working knowledge of Stockpile Management an stockpile dozer operations
n
Current Unencumbered New South Wales "C" Class Drivers Licence.
