We are looking for a
Junior Grower
to join our production team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with plants and wants to learn the skills required to build a career in horticulture.
No previous experience is required — we are looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn and work as part of a team.
In this role you will:
Assist with daily plant care and crop maintenance
Monitor plant health and growing conditions
Help with watering, fertilising and general plant care




Assist with pest and disease monitoring
Learn nursery growing and production techniques
Maintain clean and organised growing areas
We are looking for someone who:
Has an interest in plants and horticulture
Enjoys hands-on, physical work
Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn
Works well in a team setting
