As Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible forleading production, maintenance, quality, safety and continuous
improvementinitiatives
across the site, ensuring the efficient manufacture of high-qualityrainwater harvesting and polyethylene storage products.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee allmanufacturing activities and provide leadership to production
supervisors,maintenance
personnel and factory operators.
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leaddaily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality and deliverytargets
n
Managerotational moulding, assembly, finishing, storage and dispatch activities
n
Optimiselabour, equipment utilisation and plant capacity
n




Monitorproduction performance, efficiency, downtime and waste
reductioninitiatives
n
Collaboratewith Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure customer demand is met
n
Lead,coach and develop a diverse manufacturing workforce
n
Championa strong safety-first culture across the factory
n
DriveLean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Relevanttertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing,
OperationsManagement
or a related discipline
n
Experiencein manufacturing, polymer processing, rotational moulding or relatedindustries
n
Provenability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced
manufacturingenvironment.
n
Strongunderstanding
of production planning, maintenance and
operationalperformance
n
Demonstratedexperience
leading safety initiatives and fostering a strong safetyculture.
n
Soundunderstanding of WHS legislation and risk management practices.
n
Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making capability
n
Abilityto influence change and build a culture of accountability
n
Strongcommunication
and stakeholder management skills
