We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Delivery Driver
to join our team at Best World Australia Pty Ltd in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our products reach customers safely and on time. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service whilst managing logistics operations efficiently. This role is based on-site at our Carrum Downs facility and involves regular travel throughout the local and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
Operate delivery vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring products are handled carefully and secured appropriately
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet customer delivery schedules
Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including delivery dockets, invoices and customer signatures
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns during deliveries
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damage immediately
Maintain a clean and well-organised delivery vehicle at all times
Communicate effectively with the warehouse and management team regarding delivery progress and any issues
Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
What we're looking for
Current, valid driver's licence appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role
Strong knowledge of local roads and ability to navigate efficiently




Excellent customer service skills and skilled demeanour
Physical fitness and ability to lift and handle goods regularly
Attention to detail and accuracy in record‐keeping and documentation
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform vehicle checks
Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
