Job Description
We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to take ownership of a busy Bellevue warehouse.
This is a hands‐on leadership chance suited to someone who has experience supervising a small team and is ready to take the next step into a Warehouse Manager role.
Working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm the successful candidate will lead a team of four warehouse staff and oversee daily operations including goods in, receiving, stock control, inventory accuracy, picking and dispatch.
You will be hands‐on across the warehouse while ensuring the team, stock and processes are operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee goods in, and ensure all orders are being pick, packed and dispatched correctly
Maintain stock accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies
Monitor warehouse workflow, productivity and daily priorities
Manage local freight and transport requirements
Maintain warehouse safety, security and compliance
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and systems
Key Requirements:




Previous warehouse experience with team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of goods in, inventory control, stock accuracy, picking and dispatch
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good communication and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Current LF Forklift Licence and WA Driver's Licence
LEAN experience highly regarded but not essential
