We are pumped to partner with Trentwood Homes to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to their growing team in the Albury-Wodonga region.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who knows how to run a site, coordinate trades, maintain programme and quality, and take genuine ownership of the build from start to finish.
The Opportunity:
Reporting across a portfolio of residential projects, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality homes, ensuring projects are well organised, safely managed and delivered to the standard Trentwood is known for.
You'll work closely with trades, suppliers, clients and the internal team, taking ownership of the construction process and proactively managing issues before they become problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site operations
Managing trades, subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinating construction schedules and project milestones
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and presentation
Managing site safety and compliance requirements
Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and construction details
Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
Communicating effectively with clients, trades and internal stakeholders
Coordinating multiple stages of construction across projects
Maintaining clean, organised and professional sites
Taking ownership of project delivery from commencement through to handover




About You:
Proven site supervision experience is essential for this appointment.
We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Foreman or similar
Strong knowledge of residential construction and the ability to independently run a site
A carpentry background is preferred, but not essential
Experience delivering high-end custom or architecturally designed homes is highly desirable
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades and residential building processes
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
The ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep projects moving
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and subcontractors
A proactive approach to problem solving
High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
A current driver's licence
A White Card
Pride in your work and the ability to take ownership of your projects

You'll receive:
$100,000 – $125,000 salary, dependent on experience
