About The Role
Saltbush Contracting is currently seeking Kitchen hands living in Kalgoorlie to fill full time, permanent positions at our Private Camp.
CAMP CLEANER – MT MONGER CAMP | 2/1 ROSTER
Mt Monger is a private 200-man camp facility providing accommodation and services for mining contractors. We are looking for reliable and hardworking

About the Role
Working as part of a supportive team, you will also be required to work autonomously and take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable camp environment.
Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
Cleaning and sanitising kitchen surfaces, benches and equipment
Assisting chefs and cooks with basic food preparation
Preparing vegetables, salads and other ingredients as required
Sweeping, mopping and maintaining clean kitchen floors
Emptying bins and managing kitchen waste
Unpacking and storing food deliveries
Stocking fridges, freezers and dry stores
Keeping kitchen and storage areas organised
Assisting with meal service and maintaining clean dining areas
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
Working as part of a busy kitchen team and assisting wherever required
Roster 2/1 (Days and Nights)
