Senior Project Engineer - Tier 2 Builder | Sydney CBD

With a significant pipeline of major projects across NSW, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team on a major $300M+ development in Sydney CBD.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale, complex project. You will take ownership of key packages, drive programme and design outcomes, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and help ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of key structure, services and finishes packages
Drive programme, subcontractor coordination and design resolution
Manage procurement, RFIs, design coordination and project reporting
Work closely with the wider project team across safety, quality,



programme and cost
Mentor Project and Site Engineers and contribute to a high-performing project team
Required Experience
Senior Project Engineer experience with a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 builder
Experience delivering major projects valued at $100M+
Robust technical capability across structure, services and finishes
Experience managing complex programme, staging and buildability challenges
Strong Project Engineers with 5+ years' experience on major projects who are ready to step up will also be considered
