SMW Group is looking for an experienced Structural Shutdown Supervisor to lead structural, fabrication and mechanical work fronts across CHPP shutdowns and major maintenance projects throughout the Bowen Basin. We are seeking a field leader who can own scopes, organise crews, anticipate issues and drive protected execution to completion.
A Boilermaker/Fabrication or Mechanical trade background is strongly preferred, with proven experience supervising structural and fixed plant works within CHPP or
