What we need from you:
n
n
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
n
Strong hands‐on experience with MES implementation, configuration, customisation, integration or application support.
n
DELMIA Apriso experience is highly desirable.
n
Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk or Siemens Opcenter will also be considered.
n
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations and industrial shop‐floor environments.
n
Experience with Discrete Manufacturing, Quality Management, Material Management,
Traceability/Genealogy,
Work Order Management and Production Scheduling.
n
Understanding of manufacturing systems architecture and system integration concepts.
n
Australian Citizenship is mandatory.

The team delivers end‐to‐end MES implementations, covering business process assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.

What you'll do:

Work as part of the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Delivery team on complex manufacturing projects.
n
Design, configure, customize, integrate and support MES solutions.
n
Translate business and manufacturing requirements into effective technical solutions.
n
Support MES implementation activities across the full software delivery lifecycle.
n
Work with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
n
Develop and maintain integrations between MES and other
enterprise/manufacturing
systems.
n
Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and production support.
n
Contribute to solution design and manufacturing systems architecture.
n
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members and clients.
