Duties & Responsibilities
Delivery of medical equipment, medical cylinders and associated products and services to patients at their place of residence
Provide patients with a comprehensive set up, including patient education, and on-going support services
Review and maintain medical equipment on a regular basis
Perform regular on- call duties to assist patients in case of breakdown outside of standard business hours




Maintaining delivery records and paperwork
Willingness to learn additional skills and responsibilities is a must
Skills & Experience
Possess excellent customer service, including all communications, written and verbal skills.
A keen desire to learn and develop personally and professionally.
Basic computer skills to send and receive emails. Scan and print paperwork etc.
Prior experience in a medical setting desirable.
Versatile work outlook. Changing hours regularly required.
Current police check and demerit point statement required prior to commencement
The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination
