Learning & Development Coordinator (Programs and Projects)
At Thinka, our purpose is to make work more human through the power of learning.
We're a multi award-winning learning and development business that partners with organisations across Australia to design workshops, leadership programs and capability solutions that are fresh, practical and behaviour-focused.
This is an ongoing, full-time role coordinating modern corporate learning programs from project commencement through to delivery and close-out.
The role sits at the intersection of client partnership, project coordination, learning operations and data. You'll bring together clients, participants, facilitators, producers and the Thinka team to ensure every program is organised, delivery-ready and running as planned.
What you need to know about Thinka
You will work with an incredibly talented team; a team that
shows they care
through their relentless commitment to delivering high standards consistently.
You will need a
find a way
approach; as a growing business, you will look for opportunities to improve how we do things and challenge the status quo.
You will
work really hard
; Thinka is not for those who want to plod along – it's for ambitious people who want to achieve outstanding things.
You will have a large amount of autonomy – we work in a results-focused way; you will need to be someone who can
take the lead
and always back yourself.
You will, above all, be someone who wants to
make an impact
, supporting each person engaged with Thinka to achieve their purpose while achieving your own.
What you'll be doing

You'll own the day-to-day coordination of assigned learning programs, working directly with our clients, internal team and network of facilitators, producers and other contractors.
This includes:
Leading the operational side of project kick-offs and building project plans that map tasks, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and resourcing
Managing timelines, deliverables and risks while keeping Monday.com, Client Central and other project records accurate and current
Acting as a key contact for clients and coordinating the availability, scheduling and briefing of facilitators, producers and other delivery partners
Ensuring workshops are delivery-ready, including participant communications, links, materials, data and logistics
Responding quickly to time-critical delivery issues and helping clients or delivery partners reach a practical solution
Maintaining and analysing project, participant and evaluation data to identify insights and evidence of program success
Communicating client updates, priorities, deliverables and concerns clearly across the Thinka team
Improving unclear or inefficient processes by developing practical approaches that can be used again
You'll be the final operational checkpoint for many of the details that affect our clients and learners. You'll need to work quickly,

notice when something isn't right and resolve issues without holding up delivery.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience coordinating corporate learning and development programs, workshops or capability initiatives
Understands how communications, sessions, resources, participant touchpoints and evaluation come together to create a successful learning program
Is highly tech-savvy, learns new systems quickly and is confident working with digital platforms and data
Combines strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and manage competing priorities
Can think on their feet, remain calm and make sensible decisions when a time-critical issue arises
Communicates confidently with clients, delivery partners and internal team members
Can maintain accurate data, interpret program results and communicate useful insights
Can work autonomously through ambiguity, improve inefficient processes and create repeatable ways of working
You might currently work in an internal L&D; team, a learning consultancy, a training provider or another organisation that coordinates corporate programs across multiple cohorts, facilitators or locations.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience using Monday.com, SharePoint and Canva
Have experience maintaining and analysing learning evaluation data
Have experience with corporate clients across sectors such as retail, construction, manufacturing, finance, government, healthcare or technology
Are Bendigo based or willing to regularly attend Thinka's Bendigo office
