About the role
We're looking for switched-on, reliable labourers to join the Labourly team in Melbourne. The work is hands-on and diverse — ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and getting stuck in.
What you'll be doing
Assisting trades and site crews with daily tasks
Moving and loading materials and equipment
Using basic hand and power tools
Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe
Following directions and working well with others
What we're looking for
Previous labouring or site experience (around 6 months or more)
Physically fit and ready to work outdoors
Reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work
Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
