The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our client's production team at their Brooklyn facility.
This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in safety, quality and productivity.
You will be responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently, completing quality checks and supporting the wider production team to meet daily manufacturing requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day duties may include:
Setting up and operating production machinery
Monitoring machine performance throughout the shift
Completing quality checks and recording results
Assisting with machine changeovers and basic adjustments
Supporting operators with materials and production workflow
Monitoring production output and identifying issues
Reporting machine faults, delays or production issues to the supervisor
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Following site PPE requirements and safety instructions
What We're Looking For
Previous machine operation experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred, however we're also interested in candidates who have strong hands-on experience and a willingness to learn.
We're looking for people who are:
Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance
Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of workplace safety
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced production environment




Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and quality
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
Comfortable standing, lifting and bending throughout the shift
Able to identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues
A good communicator who works well as part of a team
Positive, hardworking and willing to learn
Comfortable working around moving machinery and production equipment
Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, production, warehousing, machine operation, labouring or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply.

Physically capable of performing manual handling and repetitive tasks
Ability to follow all PPE requirements, including steel-cap footwear and high-visibility clothing
