Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate educators to join Springwood Early Education Centre.
n

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week (versatile options available)

Location: Springwood
n
Compensation: Up to $39/hr + Super (based on qualification)

Assistant Educator
n
Provide high-quality care and education for children while supporting the room leader and contributing to a collaborative, engaging environment.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0–5 years
n
Support children's learning and development through play–based activities
n
Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment
n
Build positive relationships with children and families
n
Work under the guidance of Lead Educators
n
n
Qualifications & Attributes:
n
n
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
n
Current Blue Card
n
Strong teamwork and communication skills
n
Passion for outdoor, nature–based education
n
