The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A; to join their dynamic and rapidly growing organization. This leadership role is pivotal in providing critical insight and decision support across a significant pharmaceutical portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities, delivering commercial insights to support strategic decision-making, and partnering with various business leaders to enhance overall performance. Additionally, the role involves driving improved reporting, planning, and analytical capabilities, as well as coaching and developing a small team in FP&A;, pricing, and commercial analysis.To excel in this position, candidates must have a strong background in FP&A; and commercial finance, with a specific focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in supporting sales, marketing, product,



or commercial teams within a pharma or healthcare workplace is essential. The role requires a proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. A CA/CPA qualification and relevant tertiary education are also necessary. The Head of FP&A; will be expected to lead, mentor, and develop a team, and to support growth initiatives, investment decisions, and continuous improvement projects within the organization.
