Club Munmorah is seeking a full time or part time Chef/Cook for the award winning Brasserie. You will produce delicious, quality food while maintaining the highest level of food and food safety standards, and the overall performance and reputation of Club Munmorah in the local community. Working at Club Munmorah means being part of a catering team that runs at full speed, especially on weekends. You'll be in the thick of it, moving quick, staying sharp, and producing high-quality dishes under pressure.
