We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Chef to join our Catering Services team
Part Time
with flexibility to work across a rotating roster.
In this role, you will:
Prepare nutritious and appetising meals for patients, staff, doctors, the café, and hospital functions.
Uphold food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Support daily kitchen operations including ordering, stock rotation, and food safety compliance.
Work collaboratively in a busy team workplace, reporting to the Executive Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and cooking of meals (including cold larder and special diets).
Understanding and meeting patient dietary requirements.
Ensuring food safety compliance (HACCP) and accurate record keeping.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and equipment.
Assisting with stock management and ordering.
What You Will Bring
Strong understanding of food hygiene and OH&S; standards.
Proven experience in food preparation for individuals and groups (hospital experience highly regarded).
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends,



and public holidays.
