Technical guidance, training and practical coaching for the team members.
n
Setting up and maintaining a skill matrix; conducting practical training courses using R&S; processes for rack mounting, cabling, cable production and rework loops.

Conducting checklists and supporting quality
assessments.Production

n
Ensure correct execution of assembly orders according to work instructions, drawings and parts lists.
n
Ensure correct execution of cable production orders according to work instructions and the necessary documentation (specifications, drawings, contracts and regulations where relevant).
n
Identification of recurring errors, support in root cause analysis and initiation of technical corrective
measures.Coordination
& task distribution (no shift planning)
n




Distribute and prioritise tasks within regular daily production, ensuring team members know what to do next.
n
Alignment with engineering, quality and stock regarding material and drawings.
n
Conducting a daily shopfloor meeting to ensure the necessary information for the team, improving quality through structured problem solving and regular exchange with the interface partners.
n
Maintenance of production documents in SAP/ Share-Point
n
Reporting relevant technical KPIs to the manager.Process Improvement & Maintenance
n
Initiation & Contribution to improvement measures (5S, Kaizen) to increase quality and efficiency.
n
Ensure availability and proper use of tools and test equipment
