This role is ideal for someone who brings warmth, patience and genuine care to their work.**About the Role**You will deliver person-centred support to individuals living with disability, ensuring they feel secure, valued and supported in their everyday lives.

This role offers a variety of shifts designed to suit your lifestyle, including overnight and weekend work, while providing 24/7 care to participants in their home environment.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Providing respectful **personal care** and daily living support* Supporting participant overnight to ensure comfort and safety* Building trusting, caring relationships through consistent and compassionate support**About You**You bring a **caring and compassionate approach** to supporting people with disability and are **reliable, dependable and committed** to consistently showing up for participants. You are comfortable working **overnight and weekend shifts** and have a genuine willingness to learn, with training provided.
