Support Worker | In-Home Aged Care Services
O&N; Healthcare is growing, and we're looking for experienced Aged Care Support Workers to join our team across Metropolitan Melbourne.
You will provide one-on-one support to older Australians in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Personal care and ADL assistance
Domestic and daily living support
Shopping and community access
Companionship and social support
Respite support for families
You'll be a great fit if you are:

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently in clients' homes
Confident communicating with older people, families and care teams
Professional, observant and able to recognise and report changes in a client's wellbeing

$45+ per hour | Casual | Flexible shifts
Italian, Greek, Arabic, Mandarin and Cantonese speakers are highly encouraged to apply.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience preferred
Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling
National Police Check or willingness to obtain
Full Australian Driver's Licence
