We are currently seeking a temporary part-time staff member to joinour team based at Brimbank Learning Futures in Sunshine.
The role
Reporting to the Pathways and Employment Lead, we are seeking a talented Pathways and Programs Officer whocan bring their expertise and leadership to:
Co-design learning programs with community groups
Design and deliver programs aimed at empowering individuals in their vocational journeys
Support the day-to-day operations of Brimbank Learning Futures
Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Provide training, career information and advice to community members
Support the implementation of the Local Jobs Local People – Youth Stream




Attract new learners to Brimbank Learning Futures
To be considered you will have
A tertiary qualification in an area related to the position e.g. community development, education or relevant equivalent substantial experience
Community development, training or learning design experience
Experience in providing career and learning pathway advice, training or programs
Lived experience of the diverse communities in Brimbank
Experience in working in a multicultural environment
