Experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist - Melton
Part Time
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Dental Assitant/ receptionist with a mature can - do attitude to be part of our friendly team.
What is expected of the role:
Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
Patient care from entry to the surgery, recall management
Manage, update and file patient's records and correspondence systematically
Accurately book and coordinate lab jobs
Accurately process fees and reconcile invoices
Ensure reception is clean and tidy and any reading/display materials are up-to-date
Experience in Exact dental management software
Chair side assist for multiple dentists doing a variety of general dentistry orthodontics and implant
Uphold our strict Infection Control.
Daily cleaning checklist.
Maintain stock levels for dental surgeries.
What you'll bring:




Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a dental Assitant/receptionist
Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
Strong organisational, administration and time management skills
Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
A outstanding attitude towards teamwork
A willingness to learn & develop

The Successful Candidate Requires
Certificate III Dental Assisting 1 year plus
Must be an Australian Resident
