About the role
We are seeking fully qualified Maintenance Fitters for immediate start.
You will be working in a friendly environment at our onsite client location in Laverton.
We currently need people that can work flexible hours weekdays and weekends.
Suitable applicants will need to be self-starters and be able to work unsupervised at times.
Full Time placement will be offered to the successful applicant after a trial period.
Our head office and workshop is located in Hoppers Crossing.
Skills and experience
Maintenance Fitters
Trade qualifications required.
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (MEM*****) as part of an apprenticeship, or at a TAFE or registered training organisation.
Proven experience in high-speed manufacturing or FMCG production environments
Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery
Solid communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in work to avoid errors.
