About the RoleIn this hands-on position, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day life of our facility by supporting residents with
n
n
Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
n
Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing and helping with social activities
n
Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect for our residents at all times
n
Completing daily care charts and reporting any changes in health to the
Registered/Enrolled
Nurses
n
Working collaboratively with the broader team to support a high standard of care delivery
n
n

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
n
Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Basic computer skills for reporting (email and internet use)

Availability to work a flexible roster across different shifts

Australian working rights (We are not able to offer sponsorship)

Desirable

Previous experience in a direct care role within aged care
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
