The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic
CAD/CNC Programmer
to join our Wacol branch in a permanent, full-time role. You'll ensure accurate and efficient programming for CNC machinery, working closely with our production and sales teams to meet customer needs.
What you'll do:
Prepare and optimise nesting programs for CNC machinery
Collaborate with Scheduler & Processing Supervisor to prioritise work
Liaise with Sales and customers on drawings and specifications
Interpret engineering/structural drawings for production
Maintain accuracy,



efficiency, and safety in all programming tasks
What we're looking for:
Previous structural steel programming software experience (highly regarded)
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Steel industry experience (preferred, not essential)
