About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team. Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to our residents, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies, and procedures
Administer medications, including IV therapies, in line with endorsement and scope of practice
Monitor, assess, and report changes in residents' clinical conditions
Support the Registered Nurse in care planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Promote a safe environment, adhering to infection control and WHS standards
Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignity-focused care
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
About You
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills




Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
Sound knowledge of infection control and aged care standards
Compliance Requirements
NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
Working with Children Check
Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
Current Victorian Drivers Licence
