Active Electrical Distributors is seeking a motivated and highly organised Project Administrator / Co-Ordinato

to join our Moorabbin branch.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role is suited to someone who thrives on communication, organisation and keeping projects moving.
You will play a key role & be highly involved in our projects department by liaising with key contractors and suppliers, coordinating quotations, and ensuring smooth and timely supply of materials to site.
This role is a critical part of our business & we welcome someone who is enthusiastic in maintaining strong relationships and delivering a high level of service to our customers.
Proven experience within the Electrical Wholesale Industry is a must.
Reporting to your Projects Manager your key responsibilities are:




Liaising daily with key contractors and suppliers
Prepare and follow up project quotations in a timely manner
Expedite orders and manage supply to ensure project deadlines are met
Coordinate purchase orders and supplier deliveries
Manage phone and email communication efficiently
Track project progress and provide updates to to Senior Management
Assist with pricing, sourcing and product selection
You will be a highly organised individual who is confident in working in a fast paced team setting. We require someone who is professional & reliable, has the ability to multitask & has a can-do attitude.
