Lighthouse Christian College in Keysborough, VIC is seeking qualified and passionate Casual Relief Teachers to join our dedicated team. As a Casual Relief Teacher, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the education and development of our students in a supportive, faith-based environment. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work on an as-required basis.
What you'll be doing
Delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subject areas and year levels
Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students
Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student support
Providing feedback and assessment of student progress to support their academic and personal growth
Upholding the school's values and policies, and contributing to the broader life of the college community
Skills & Experience
Relevant teaching qualifications, with experience in secondary education preferred
Strong subject matter expertise and the ability to engage students effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the overall development and wellbeing of young people
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subject areas and year levels as needed




A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the school's Christian ethos and values
