About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Extruder Operator to join the team on an ongoing night shift roster.
Roster
Monday: No work
Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Extruder Operator – Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor extrusion equipment and production processes
Set, adjust and troubleshoot machinery
Monitor production output and product quality
Identify and respond to operational issues
Follow all WHSE, safety and operating procedures
Maintain a safe,



clean and efficient production environment
Work collaboratively with the wider production team

About You
Previous experience operating extrusion equipment or working in plastics manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude
Positive fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
A strong commitment to safety and quality
Reliability and a solid work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in blow moulding, injection moulding or thermoforming will also be considered
Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle – essential
Valid Australian working rights
