BDH Constructions is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to manage a $5Mil commercial construction site in Bendigo, VIC. As a full-time Site Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of this project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction project, from planning to completion
Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Communicating regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Providing strong leadership and mentorship to the project team
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site foreman in the construction industry
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from start to finish




Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field
Experience working on commercial or residential projects in the Bendigo region would be highly regarded
