What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for our valued service customers
Building strong, lasting customer relationships
Managing customer service bookings and appointments
Conducting vehicle check-ins and accurately identifying customer requirements
Providing clear and professional communication throughout the repair process
Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress, repairs and additional work
Preparing job cards, repair orders and invoices
Liaising closely with technicians, workshop controllers and management




Identifying and communicating additional service and repair opportunities
Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection and customers understand the work completed
Achieving customer satisfaction, retention and performance targets
Contributing to a positive and productive dealership environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is
professional, energetic and genuinely enjoys helping customers.
You will ideally have:
1–2+ years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
Strong automotive industry knowledge
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to confidently explain repairs and recommendations to customers
A strong understanding of customer service and retention
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment
A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
Full unrestricted driver's licence
Experience with ERA Power DMS is advantageous
Previous Hyundai and/or Kia experience is highly regarded
Most importantly, you'll have a genuine commitment to providing an experience that makes customers want to come back to us again and again.
