Melton Secondary College seeks a Community Mentor to support students and uphold school routines as part of the Student Services team. You will build solid relationships with learners, provide calm, consistent support, and help re-engage students across the school day.

Key duties include 1:1 mentoring, yard supervision, and contributing to engagement and behaviour plans, with a focus on attendance, wellbeing and successful learning for every student.
