Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support complex business and technology transformation initiatives within a large operational organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change strategies, plans and change impact assessments.
Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
Partner with business leaders and project teams to support adoption of current systems, processes and ways of working.
Monitor adoption, risks and change effectiveness.
Contribute to best-practice change capability across APAC.
Required skills & experience
Significant experience in large-scale business and technology transformation.
Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change across ERP, digital or operational systems.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness skills.
Experience in complex or regulated environments, ideally aviation, infrastructure or transport.
Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR highly regarded.
