This role provides support across both NDIS Disability Services and Aged Care, including Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), helping customers live safely, independently and with dignity.

About the Role
n
As a Dual Aged Care & NDIS Support Worker you will:
n
n
Personal care and daily living assistance
n
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
n
Community access and social participation
n
Transport to appointments and activities
n
Medication assistance (where trained)
n
Supporting customers to achieve their individual goals
n
Implementing individual support plans
n
Building positive, respectful relationships with customers and their families
n
n
This role will support customers living in the community as well as customers residing in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
n
Working Hours
n
This role operates on a 24/7 roster.



Applicants must have broad availability, including:
n
n
Weekdays and weekends
n
Public holidays
n
Early mornings, afternoons and evenings
n
Overnight and sleepover shifts
n
n
Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate genuine flexibility and ongoing availability.

Essential Requirements
n
n
Genuine passion for supporting older people and people living with disability
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
n
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
n
Current Australian Driver Licence
n
Reliable, comprehensively insured motor vehicle
n
Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepover shifts
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care
n
Previous experience in Disability Support and/or Aged Care
n
Experience supporting people with complex support needs
n
n
